Broccoli Sprouts and Cream Cheese Sandwich

Fresh broccoli sprouts, cool cream cheese, and creamy avocado come together for fresh and simple vegetarian sandwich. A great healthy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices Asiago Cheese Bread
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cup broccoli sprouts
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 2 Tomatoes sliced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Spread the cream cheese evenly on 4 slices of the light toasted bread.
  • Spread the avocado or guacamole evenly on the other 4 slices of the light toasted bread.
  • Top each side with an even distribution of sprouts and tomatoes
  • Sprinkle lightly with salt and better to taste.
  • Place the cream cheesed bread on top of the other slices and press down firmly, slice in half
  • Serve and enjoy!
