Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp Herbed Goat Cheese
  • 2 small stalks chives/green onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh green onions chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 English cucumber thinly sliced and peeled
  • 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread crust removed

Instructions
 

  • Combine cream cheese and goat cheese along with lemon zest, garlic & onion powders, salt and pepper, in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  • Peel and thinly slice cucumber
  • Remove crust from bread
  • Spread cream cheese mixture to both slices of bread
  • Arrange and layer the slices cucumbers on one side
  • Top with chopped onions and serve
