Classic Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

- 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Lemon
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tbsp Fresh Dill
- Salt
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Wash and dry all produce
Peel and de-seed cucumber, then shred half of the cucumber into a bowl
Sprinkle a pinch of salt onto the cucumber and let sit for 5 minutes
In separate bowl, combine the greek yogurt, dill, and crushed garlic cloves, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to yogurt mixture and mix well
Go back to the bowl of cucumber and remove all excess moisture and squeeze the shredded cucumber dry.
Add shredded cucumber to the rest of the ingredients and mix well
Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with a sprig of dill
