Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry all produce
  • Peel and de-seed cucumber, then shred half of the cucumber into a bowl
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt onto the cucumber and let sit for 5 minutes
  • In separate bowl, combine the greek yogurt, dill, and crushed garlic cloves, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste

  • Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to yogurt mixture and mix well
  • Go back to the bowl of cucumber and remove all excess moisture and squeeze the shredded cucumber dry.
  • Add shredded cucumber to the rest of the ingredients and mix well
  • Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with a sprig of dill
